The majority of the products available in my shop can be custom made to order. If you see something you like, but it’s not quite right, feel free to contact me. I can create something similar to your specifications in terms of size, colors, materials, and finish. If you have a picture of a similar product, please send it over to use as a starting point for discussion. If not, simply describe what you have in mind.
Ordering a custom-made product is a collaborative process. We’ll need to communicate effectively to ensure that I understand your exact requirements, and you understand what’s feasible. This may require several emails back and forth. We’ll discuss various aspects of the product, including materials, dimensions, colors, design, techniques, finish, and price. The cost of the product isn’t primarily based on materials but on the amount of time and effort required to produce it. Handmade wooden items take a lot of time to make, and each piece is created using traditional techniques. Each item receives my full dedication and attention to detail, which takes a significant amount of time and effort. The prices of the items in my shop are starting points for price negotiations. The final price may be higher for more complex items or lower for simpler items that require less work.
Once we’ve agreed on the materials, design, and all other details, I’ll provide you with a price estimate. I’ll start working on your order as soon as I receive an advance payment. Typically, the advance payment is 50% of the final price. Before you place your order, you’ll receive all the relevant information, including the product details, price, advance payment percentage, shipping cost, production time, and delivery time estimate. If you’re ordering a gift, make sure to plan well in advance, as some products may take up to four weeks to produce. Once you’ve approved the finished product, it will be shipped as soon as you pay the remaining balance.
Please note that the advance payment isn’t refundable if you cancel the order after I’ve started working on it.
Before finalizing the deal, you’ll receive images of the final product so you can confirm it or suggest any additional changes or modifications.
The result of this process is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of artwork that can’t be replicated. That’s why my products are often given as gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, and other special occasions. They’re unique and tailored to the recipient’s taste and character when custom made.
